At our Fresh Start retreat Thailand we provide homely accommodation so that you can relax after a rewarding day of activities and adventures. With beautiful interior decor and a truly relaxing ambience.

Our homely Lanna villa has a lovely spacious living room, kitchen, dining area and balcony with amazing views across the Thai countryside. We have inside and outside space for your activities. We have 12 yoga mats, 24 yoga bricks and 12 yoga straps. We have lots of blankets and cushions if you want to do a restorative class.

You can bring your own chef or we can organise a chef for you. We can also recommend nearby restaurants and put you in touch with local taxi firms. On the residencies we have a freshwater swimming pool, free Wi-Fi and the relaxing peaceful ambiance of getting back to nature. We believe we have found the very best environment and facilities for your retreat.

Our idyllic retreat space is Ideally located in the countryside away from the temptations and distractions of the city. This is the perfect place for your body, mind and soul transformation.

Nestled in the beautiful Thai countryside surrounded by green rolling hills, lush rice paddy fields and picturesque Thai villages. There is also a charming white temple which you will pass on your walks.

The retreat architecture is traditional Lanna style which was built around a beautiful mango and bamboo grove, a tranquil place to recharge your batteries, Chiang Mai has the most unspoilt landscapes and mildest temperatures in Thailand. It is famous for its stunning culture, temples, shopping, national parks, trekking, vibrant markets, elephants, waterfalls and many more attractions. It is a cosmopolitan city which still maintains its traditional charm. The health retreat Thailand programme includes immersive cultural experiences.

We offer 2 stunning accommodation options. For your guests we have our 5 bedroom Lanna villa all with ensuites and for the teacher or host and their assistant we have a two storey detached one bedroom villa suite. If your group is bigger then we have more accommodation on site.

Each room has its own en-suite bathroom, flat screen smart TV, air conditioning and a safe.

Super king size bed or single beds, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and bespoke artwork.

We offer a professional maid service who will visit your room and provide you with clean towels.

There is a communal lounge , kitchen, American style fridge and outside balcony with seating area and stunning views over the Thai countryside.

ONE BEDROOM TWO STORY LANNA VILLA SUITES

The beautiful, Thai-traditional style, one bedroom villa suites are very spacious and homely. Perfect for the teacher or host and their assistant.

Downstairs there is a lounge with a daybed, television, a kitchen area with tea and coffee making facilities and a downstairs toilet. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a Super king size bed, wardrobes, television and bathroom.

This villa has air conditioning, a safe, hairdryer and original artwork. There is even a labyrinth at the back of the property which you might want to incorporate into your retreat.

The one bedroom Lanns Villa is perfectly situated a 2 minute walk from the 5 bedroom Lanna Villa. Each villa has its own private balcony and is bordered by luscious greenery.
