During our fitness and wellbeing holidays you will have time and space to be mindful. Anchoring yourself into the present moment with yoga and pilates classes. There is also time for introspection during peaceful walks through rice paddy fields, mountainous paths with breath-taking views. Immerse yourself in the wonder of Thailand. Visiting ornate Thai temples, waterfalls and sample the peaceful and gentle Thai culture.
Feel at home at our fitness Holidays
This is a totally guided group activity programme. Our trainers are hand picked for both their encouraging personalities and health and fitness knowledge. The trainers will be leading you through the programme and activities. This enables the trainers to monitor your progress, ensuring your needs and goals are met.
All our rooms are cosy, clean and homely. There is a fresh water swimming pool.
The program was designed by us, for our guests and with fun and motivation as our key. The fitness holiday and wellness programs have something for everyone.
Fitness Holidays in the sun
There is plenty of sun in Thailand and therefore, this is great for topping up your vitamin D levels. We use nature as our playground. We have organised the program so that we are undercover or shaded in the hottest parts of the day.
Our fitness holidays are very varied with a mixture of interesting activities. From cycling through picturesque Thai villages to hiking up the India Jones style monks trail. We use nature as our playground and are energised by the great outdoors. Adventure, fitness , yoga and pilates intertwined to give you a truly memorable fitness holiday and wellness experience.
Many of our guests return year after year. We have fine tuned the programme with 12 years of experience running fitness holidays in Thailand.
We include airport/hotel pick up and drop off. Three nutritious meals and two snacks a day. Entries and transport to all venues. Bike hire with a cycle mechanic and support vehicle. Two dedicated instructors with you for the whole week . Accommodation is Lanna style with free WIFI, super comfy king size beds for a peaceful night’s sleep. We also take you to the Shangri-La hotel for a sauna, swim and steam before a meal out next to the Ping river in cultural Chiang Mai. You have time to shop in Chiangmai’s famous ‘night bizarre’ where you can look at the art, take in the ambiance and watch the world go by.
